Do I have to provide my credit card details?
No, we will only ask for your credit card details if you decide to continue using Bugly after your trial period ends.
What happens after 30 days?
We will redirect you to a page where you can choose which plan you wish to subscribe to. If you decide not to continue using Bugly, your account is frozen for 90 days (during which time you can subscribe to a paid plan and keep all your data), then deleted.
Is there an up-front fee?
No, you pay as you go on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change it at any time. If you downgrade you will get credit for what you have already paid.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no cancellation period—when you cancel the subscription we stop charging you.
Do you offer refunds?
We will stop charging you the moment you cancel your account. Charges that we have already made according to your subscription are not refunded.
Do you support Internet Explorer?
Bugly should be fully usable with IE7+, but it will look a lot less polished than in other browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, IE9 or another modern browser with good HTML5/CSS3 support.
